Cross-Border Data Processing, Shared Services, and Governance Framework
To deliver system-agnostic supply chain optimization, predictive demand forecasting, multi-echelon network audits, and automated portal management, Multifli operates an interconnected global corporate architecture. Data collected through our website, client intake forms, and integrated enterprise software systems is processed internally across our corporate affiliates under strict security, technical, and jurisdictional boundaries:
1. Data Control and Jurisdictional Contracting
- For clients located in the United States and North America, your data controller is Multifli Inc., headquartered at 608 E Hickory St, Ste 128, Denton, TX 76205, USA.
- For clients located in the United Kingdom, European Union, and select international jurisdictions, your data controller and primary commercial contracting entity is our corporate affiliate, Virtue Growth Ltd, registered and operating under the laws of the United Kingdom (London, UK).
2. Intercompany Shared Operations & Data Sub-Processors
To maintain a continuous "Follow-the-Sun" operational workflow and deliver predictive data modeling around the clock, technical account workflows are executed securely across our network. Infrastructure management, inventory replenishment metrics, and transactional data reconciliation are cleanly and securely handled by a globally distributed team based in the United States, the United Kingdom, and India (with India operating as our primary operational hub for majority backend processing).
3. Strict Security Safeguards and Data Masking
All cross-border data routing within our ecosystem is strictly governed by executed B2B Intercompany Master Services Agreements, Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs), and data-sharing frameworks aligned with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR). We implement rigid technical controls, including:
- Zero-Trust Identity Frameworks: Mandatory Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and Single Sign-On (SSO) protocols for all network access.
- PII Access Restraints: Absolute masking of end-consumer Personal Identifiable Information (PII) such as personal credit card details or home addresses. Our technical analysts exclusively interact with aggregate logistical metadata, SKUs, inventory counts, and enterprise software configurations (such as SAP, RELEX, and platform fulfillment portals).
- Secure Virtual Desktop Environments: Prevention of local data downloads or caching on unauthorized remote hardware, ensuring all intellectual property and client system nodes remain completely insulated within secure corporate data channels.
